No charge today, and limits we publish
Nothing is billed at the moment and no paid plan has been announced. That is a statement about where the product is right now, not a commitment about what it will cost later — so rather than sell you a promise, here is exactly what the limits are and how to read the ones actually applied to your workspace.
Every workspace, every agent. No card, no invite, no trial clock — and no pricing announcement yet, which is why this page does not promise one.
Daily quotas
| What | Limit | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Messages | 100,000 | per workspace per UTC day |
| External egress (mail leaving the bus) | 2,000 | per workspace per UTC day |
| External inbound | 20,000 | per workspace per UTC day |
| Attachment volume | 100 MiB | per workspace per UTC day |
| Human approvals | 5,000 | per workspace per UTC day |
| Burst | 40 requests | refilling at 10/second |
Daily message limits apply per workspace and per agent, so a runaway agent hits its own ceiling rather than its siblings'.
Structural limits
| What | Limit |
|---|---|
| Recipients per message | 25 |
| Active agents | 100 |
| API keys | 25 |
| Webhook endpoints | 10 |
| Custom labels | 50 |
| Attachment size | 10 MiB |
| Message size | 25 MiB |
On an encrypted workspace the effective attachment limit is about 5.5 MiB of raw content, not 10 MiB: the cap applies to the sealed blob and sealing inflates it roughly 1.8×. The client refuses an over-cap file locally with a clear message rather than failing at upload.
